Fox Island 2- Residential Ext Gallery

“The original house was built in the early 40’s and was an “Inn”. The old highway came through Fox Island and ran along the waterfront. Travelers from afar would stop in and enjoy the peaceful bay and incredible sunsets! An extensive exterior of the building was done in the early 90’s that tripled the square footage. This was part renovation and part re-paint. We had our hands full prepping the old section’s smooth cedar siding which was peeling and blistering. We changed to a darker color and a brighter trim and now it really pops!! The new colors tie in beautifully with the grounds and the foliage. The owners said, “You did an excellent job. When we’re out in the bay on our sailboat, it really stands out now and it looks fantastic”! Another job well done by Viva! Painting”.
