Blending Old and New- The tradition, quality and style Craftsman architecture is a favorite of Viva! This classic “new home” blended the best of that era, coupled with modern, state-of-the-art features. This 5,000 sq. ft. multi-level home was challenging both “inside and out”. This home presented us with an enormous amount of finish work on all the trim, crown molding, doors, a beautiful Maple staircase, plus a two-tone color scheme with 9ft. ceilings. Due to the height and architecture, the outside was no piece of cake either! The amount of trim, windows and rock really provided a wonderful contrast. The Cedar peaks and clear coat finishes over the front and back porches really put the final touches that made it POP! Whether your home is “old or new”, Viva!
