“Many people use the term “Night and Day Difference”. This job was the poster child of that phrase! This building sat vacant for a couple of years just waiting for the right business and right owner to take it over. It was dark and dank. The dated raw cinder block, graffiti and tired looking doors were in dire need of “The Viva Touch”. We knew we had a lot of work ahead of us. After a major pressure washing, we sprayed and back rolled a block filling primer, plus 2 finish coats of a modified elastomeric that allows the building to breath. Prep the metal and multiple coats of DTM on all trim, doors and hand rails. The color combo of Cottage Crème, Stop Sign Red and Black tie in beautifully with Grease Monkey’s brand new awnings and signage. They say, “Location, location, location”. This building literally sat UNNOTICED on a main corner in Seattle. Now, this baby not only POPS…..it JUMPS OFF THE STREET CORNER AND BUSINEES IS BOMING!! The head Monkey’s at corporate could not believe this was the same building!! Thanks to Viva! Painting, this is one of the country’s top Grease Monkeys. Enjoy the “Night and Day” difference!!”
