1934 Brick Tudor

Magnificent 1934 Brick Tudor- I love this era of architecture. The coved ceilings, the arches and Mahogany trim combination are a true classic. This wonderful old house needed some work and was in a bit of disarray. We were hired to get it up to speed and ready for market. So, we worked the “Viva! Magic” on lath n plaster repair, painted the walls and painted the kitchen cabinets. The re-staining of Mahogany trim that was in various stages was challenging, but as you can see, everything came out beautifully! Thanks to Viva! Painting…..the offers came flooding in and it sold immediately!!
